While I have been battling with my health issues, when I am feeling up for it I have been working on this record. There is no concept, no pen name, its full of imperfections. Its just the raw musician in me channeling my emotions and feelings through music.

I am so happy to be sharing this with all of you. It has helped me so much, and really means a lot to me.

My new mindset has been to view and take life as it truly is. Not what I want it to be, or what I think it should be. There is peace there. It has changed a lot of my perception in a very good way I believe.

So I release this piece into the universe with love and comfort and understanding attached to it.
